Ticket Price and Duration

People who attended the 2006 will be given the first opportunity to buy, then the public. We’ll be selling Wave Rock Weekender tickets for the whole weekend from our website only.  You'll be able to click on the ticket button to buy a ticket.

A Wave Rock Weekender ticket costs $110 and gives you access to the Camp Ground and Café and all music and film performances from 12:00PM (noon) Saturday 29th September to 12:00PM (noon) Monday 1st October 2007.  One day tickets are not available.  When you buy your ticket, you’ll also need to purchase accommodation and travel at an additional cost, and register a unique Soul Highway user name by giving us some basic details, so we can ensure you get priority in ticket releases for future events.

Registration

When you buy a Wave Rock Weekender ticket, you’ll be asked to choose a unique user name and give us some basic information about yourself.  The information will identify you and help us plan to meet your tastes.  The idea of unique user registration is to ensure all ticket buyers are legitimate, to allow you to use the Wave Rock Weekender forums to plan your weekend and hook up with other event-goers, and to allow us to make sure you get offered a ticket to future events. You can update your own information once you’ve registered.  At no time will we sell or pass on your information, or use it for anything other than to tell you about great events that will make your life more fun.

Future Ticket Policy

We’d like to use the Wave Rock Weekender as a starting point for the development of a strong community of discerning, aware and adventurous festival-goers looking for unique, high quality music and arts experiences.  When you buy tickets for the Wave Rock Weekender 2007, and register as a user, you’ll be joining this community and also securing your ticket for future events.  Existing users who’ve bought tickets in previous years will always be offered the first tickets to the Wave Rock Weekender, with tickets going on sale to the public later.

Accommodation and Travel

You’ll need to choose and purchase an accommodation and travel option when you buy your Weekender ticket. These options are part of the ticket purchase process, and will make sure everyone’s weekend is organised, fun and easy. If you’re buying tickets for other people, you’ll need to know their preferred accommodation and travel options, and some details about them for registration. We recommend you choose the options with the least environmental impact, so you can feel great about yourself all weekend. See the Accommodation, Camping, and Travel pages for full details.

Getting Your Tickets

When you pay for your order you also need to choose how you will get your tickets.  If you choose to have your tickets delivered you’ll be charged $4.40 and they’ll be sent by registered post on 1st September.  You’ll be sent an email when they’re posted with a tracking number in it.  Call Australia Post or us if you think it is taking too long. You have to be home to get registered post; if you’re not, the postie will put a card in our letterbox and you’ll need to pick up your envelope from your local post office. You must have your tickets before you leave town.
 
You can choose to pick tickets up before the show from our office in the two weeks leading up to the show ONLY, free of charge. Tickets will be available between 3:00PM and 6:00PM from Mon 17th to Fri 28th of September. Our office is located at Leederville Village, Unit 20/663 Newcastle St, Leederville (next to the chiropractor, we’ll put a sign up). You’ll need your email receipt and some id. You must have your tickets before you leave town.

Note: Registered post delivery will not be available after Fri 21st of September, because your envelope may not make it to you.  You’ll have to pick up your tickets from us if you buy them after the 21st.

If you’re NOT coming from Perth: Best to have your tickets posted out as above, but if this is not possible please give us a call to arrange pickup at the show.
